i found the check in process easy. a helpful person assisted me. my room had a kettle. there was also an iron and ironing board, i was very happy. the bed was so comfy and i got good sleep. the blackout blind stopped all the light.

i really think the car park need improvement. it seemed very awkward. the location could be better.

The staff member greeted us very friendly at check in. This person checked our special request was complete. This request was made when booked. Room service came super quickly. The pizza I ordered was yummy.

The room was small for its price. The receptionist didnt have a clue. She spoke to us like we were thick. We were woke early from banging noises.
